MAC Give me Liberty of London Discussion

I just put on Blue India and i really like it. I like the grey/green/blue mashup. It's not very spring or summer, but I don't care about that. It went on well with 2 coats, but a third made it perfect.

I also ordered Frankly Fresh l/g but forgot to submit the offer code so I e-mailed them to cancel my order of Frankly Fresh l/g and hopefully that I'll get a refund since in this collection, I won't get too much since I need to save up.

You need to call them ASAP...they won't get the e-mail in time to cancel.

I'm definitely going to wait to see Bough Grey in person... whenever that may be. Too many mixed reviews

Buuuuut, I don't want to wait anymore and take my chances with waiting until Monday to order Shell Pearl, I did that with Ripe Peach, and it sold out.

I'm still kind of on the fence about Birds & Berries e/s! I'm pretty fair (NW20)... and I see it got a lot of raves. Anyone with a similar skintone as mine - what do you like to pair it with? Do you wear it all over the lid? Just in the crease? Thanks in advance

Bbbbaaaaahhhh, just stopped by a counter today to check the collection! The only one really sticking to me is Birds & Berries... it's just too pretty! But I'm thinking it's too close to UD Envy which I hardly use (mainly b/c I don't like the way it applies)... can someone help me out this the comparison???

Also starting to stare at Bough Grey... I need a nice pretty grey without shimmer! =X I really hope I can B2M this at Yorkdale or Eaton's on Saturday...

*edit* Forgot to ask, how is Rose Romance l/s compared to Blooming Lovely l/s? I did a search but all the post results are about Summer Rose. =T

I passed on a few other things, the biggest being Dames Desire, which I think I'll order online. No more trips to the store until May, so all of my MAC hauling will be via online.....darn surgery is cramping my MAC hauling......

Rose Romance lipstick and blooming lovely are two completely different colors and finishes. Rose romance is a light pink and blooming lovely is a lavender pinky color. Plus blooming lovely is very opaque where as rose romance is a pretty sheer pink.

Not the best description of the two but IMO they are way different from each other.

I went to the counter today to get my goodies! I actually left with only Blooming Lovely l/s-it's gorgeous!! It's pinker than I thought it would be, which actually makes it much more wearable. I wore it tonight to get my hair cut

I didn't like any of the other things I was going to get. Prim and Proper blush looked dirty on my skin (I have very olive skin so I guess this makes sense), A Different Groove looked really similar to another lipgloss I had (which I never wear), and Ever Hip was way too sheer for my liking.

I didn't even look at the eyeshadows since there was nothing I was interested in, and then I came here and read this:

Thanks, that helps. I may pass them b/c RR already looks fairly lavender against my skin tone (NC35, Asian). I'd like the opacity but the colour might not fare well with me. It's looking really pretty on everyone else tho!

I used In Synch with BL. Everyone at the counter thought it looked divine.
