At the rate you gals are buying these things, MAC will probably bring them back as a perm collection haha. Maybe they'll just d/c all or most of the lustres and keep these *crosses fingers*

Got my stash! I picked up:
Smoke and Diamonds
Mink & Sable
Grand Entrance- I didn't need another highlight...until I swatched this
Glamour Check- I have been eyeing Antiqued and this seemed v close
Talent Pool - even though I have UD's Shattered (total dupe)
and a 242 brush woo hoo I love it

I got back from my counter not too long ago. I had totally planned on copping Smoke & Diamonds, Glamour Check, Talent Pool, Sunset B., and Feline (the only K/P I didn't get the first time around). I ended up getting all of those *except* Smoke & Diamonds. I just didn't like the color on my skin. Then again, I really don't care for Mothbrown, either (I know, GASP!). Anyway, the finish on these is lovely! And Glamour Check just took my breath away! I don't have any other shadow that's similar.

These are so much nicer on the hand than in the pot. I bought everything except the two blues and Grand Entrance.

I'm actually thinking of returning Dreammaker... it's a bit frosty gold for me. Should I be wearing this on my lid and not my brow, which is too frosty yellow for the brow? Or should I take it back... and get something else...

Am I the only one who loves Go?

Go is lovely and I started to get it. I kept being dogged by the thought that it looks just like something else I know, but couldn't think of it right off. The more I thought of it afterward, it reminds me of one of Urban Decay's shadows and I think someone earlier in this thread said that it was a dupe for a UD shadow.

Left with Sunset B., Lotusland, Top Hat, and Smoke and Diamonds. Talent Pool is exactly like Parrot to me.

You know what pisses me off? When different colors of the same finish doesnt feel the same. ALL of the satins should feel like satins, and the VP's like VP's, and frosts like frosts. And starflash like starflash! Whats the point?!

After swatching Satin Taupe and Smoke & Diamonds next to each other, I realized I must have meant the opposite when I said S&D is a warmer ST! S&D is like a cooler, more silvery ST! Sorry!!!

The texture was OK. Definitely not as good as some of the others. It's a really light, pale gold on me, so I'm not upset by any lack of color payoff. I thought it was pretty, so since I nixed a few of the other shadows, I decided to get this one.

This combo looks incredible: Hello Climate Blue lovers

Smoke & Diamonds from lash line to just above crease
Bold & Brazen from center of lid to inner corner
Climate Blue Outer Corner & Crease
Dark Metallic Grey liner

Someone else asked about French Grey - FG is almost the same as S&D, but Smoke & Diamonds is more silvery & shimmery

IMO Bold & Brazen doesn't have a pinkish cast like Expensive Pink

Lovely purple color.
These are BEAUTIFUL shadows, if I didnt have over 80 already, Id get tons.

No..I love Go too. Wore it today in the crease, grain on the lid, and dreammaker on the brow. It's a great neutral look.

On a side note.
I am really impressed with Sunset B. Seems like the formuals are a hit and miss with this one? Although mine isnt as smoooooooooth and creeeeamy as say Smoke&Diamonds but its a gorgeous gorgeous pink that glides on smoothly (I dont see any chalkiness

). Especially for someone like me (NC30/green eyes) who has a hard time pulling off pinks its because I was using the wrong one this whole time! (Damn you Angelcake!

)

I used Sunset B. and Smoke&Diamonds (in the crease/outer V) today for a simple look and it was just stunning. Ugh. I never thought I could love a pink but I really heart Sunset B.

Havent had a chance to play with Tophat yet but I would compare the texture to Sunset. Again not as creamy as Smoke&Diamonds but its just that perfect crease purple

Overall thoughts with this collection... As Borat would say "Greeeeeat success!"

ok, I found the picture that shows a 'similar' Bold & Brazen look, However, B&B is a much more subtle version.

Yeah, so I couldn't wait till I got to the store next week, I'm always too afraid of sell outs, especially with these more neutral colors so I ordered Glamour Check! and Bold & Brazen (along with the 209 for fluidline whewho!), so that makes 7. Jeesh, and to think I was trying to limit myself to 3. Pleaseeee don't let me need backups, oh gah.
