Nordstrom ($8 shipping), Macys ($5.95 shipping) and Bloomingdales ($5.00 shipping) all still have it available online.

In an attempt to try bolder colors I bought Talent Pool last week. Sad to say that I exchanged it today for Bold & Brazen. There was nothing wrong with TP but it wasn't a color I am comfortable wearing. A little too teal for me. Hopefully I'll have better luck with B & B.

That's where I'd be headed, if I hadn't received my back-up "Smoke & Diamonds" yesterday!

I've found that the department stores don't get the MAC collections up on their sites until several days after a given collection appears on the MAC website.
More than once, when a MAC item I really wanted sold out quickly on the MAC site, I've gotten what I wanted at nordstrom.com.
It irks me a little to have to pay for shipping, but ya do what ya gotta do.

In an attempt to get back on topic: What is everyone wearing "Smoke & Diamonds" with?
Last week I wore the following: Violet pigment on the lids, Smoke & Diamonds in creases and Silver Fog pigment to highlight inner corners and browbones.
It was a low-key purple look, just slightly smoked.
Next, I plan to go for an all-neutral eye design, and try "Smoke & Diamonds" with Stila "Cloud," or possibly MAC "Clue." MAC has really rocked my world with "Smoke and Diamonds."

I've been wearing S&D with a lot of different combinations, but I have to say I like it best with soft pinks (like Neutral Pink or Sunset B.). I've played around with some different p/p underneath - Perky is a good one, and Cash Flow looked dynamite the other day with Going Bananas on the lid and S&D in the crease and to line over Black Karat k/p. I've also used it with Glamour Check and Grand Entrance, which is a really pretty smoky effect. The Silver Fog idea sounds great! I'll try that next!

I got Bold&Brazen and Grand Entrance and I had some time to play around with them now. Because they compliment each other so well (they melt together), they can easily be combined with any other colour in the middle (b&b outer eyelid, g.e. inner)! I wore them with pink (if you use Expensive Pink, you don't even have to blend..) but also regular midtone pink (YSL dupe of sunset b.) or Sushi Flower. And I wore them with orange (MAD pigments) and violet, such as Petalescent and Floral Fantasy. Everything looks so pretty!

The texture is truly mouthwatering

, I have to control myself not to put my fingers in the pot and dig around! I almost want to eat them...

I went overboard and ended up with eight of these shadows. I think they're all soo pretty. So I have no regrets purchasing them. I love love love Top Hat. But when don't I love a deep purple?
And let's not get me started on Feline kohl power

i am loving the finish of these eyeshadows! but like a few other ppl i've noticed that a few of them look exactly the same as some of the stila e/s (made the mistake of getting grand entrance when i already have kitten - there is literally no difference)...
so, before i go and buy the whole collection (already have 8 so far!), can anyone tell me: does glamour check look like/is a dupe for barefoot contessa (stila)? and does mink and sable look like la douce (also stila)?

I have gotten a little bit of creasing in the inner corner of my lids, even when using my Benefit fy eye. But it's a trade-off for me, the effortless blending that saves me a ton of time for a little creasing.

So I checked this collection out yesterday briefly and...underwhelmed.

Lotusland was pretty in the pot, but man was it a pain to get it to work for me. Smoke & Diamonds was disappointing too, I swatched it and looked around at the MAC girls with a "This is it?" kind of expression. And the Kohl Powers, they were OK. Milani's True Black eyeliner is just as creamy and deep black as Feline, and a fraction of the price, so I passed.

On a positive note, I did pick up Top Hat. It's not the smoothest texture to work with, but I missed out on Fertile and I'm in a real big dark purple mood for the upcoming season. Dreammaker seemed nice as well, it's definently worth considering for later.

I may go back to play with them some more but for now, it's just money that's going into my Cherry Cult savings.

Sunset B works well w. NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Hot Pink or The L’Oreal HiP Color Rich Cream Crayon in Unmistakable (Pink). Great color payoff
