I'm also passing on the MCLP, considering the perm thing. I was obsessed with Bad Fairy until I saw Formidable. Both Bad Fairy and Mean & Green are gorgeous, but I tend to lean more toward darker polish colors in the fall/winter. I found that I kept coming back to Formidable, so that's what I preordered in the end. I chose that because I know it's a color I'll be using often. I figure I can save a little $ and just get the dupes for the others later since I'd be using those sparingly. It just made more sense to me since I have to keep my nails short for work/guitar and rarely paint them because of this. But hey, if you want them- by all means, get them!

I'm definitely leaning more towards Formidable for the same reason. I think I will pass Mean & Green and get Bad Fairy and Formidable.

Ok so I think I'm changing my list again. Those youtube tutorials are messing me up. I was gonna skip the MES because I don't want it to be a pretty, but useless, glitter bomb. But they look so pretty. I think I might pass on the MCLP and get an MES instead. Does that sound good, or is the MCLP to good to pass up?

So I did my preorder last weekend and I was all fine with that, I'm getting an absolute TON of stuff. But now I keep thinking of things that I want to add to it.... ahhhhh! I just need to stop.

I have the Orly dupe for mean and green and Formidable! and I have to say I prefer the mean and green one. It is so different! It's pretty dark too, I really only like to use dark colors on my nails. They're both beautiful though.

I'd go for the MES- the MCLP may become perm. That's just me tho, I'm passing it for the time being. But, if the MES are anything like Style Black, there's no way I would pass.

That's what I did, too! I've already called once to change stuff around. But, I told myself I wouldn't call again until after Erin's update so I can budget for TT.

It's only a couple bucks more and I did cut something else, so why not? Plus, they are all gorgeous, and I could definitely see regret later down the line.


Isn't really related, but does anyone know of a good nail strengthener? The reason I rarely paint mine is because my nails are weak and they chip enough as is.

get bad fairy for sure, and buy both of the orly dupes for the other two!

I too will be passing on the MCLP for two reasons: 1. it may be becoming a perm item and 2. I don't like the picture of Dr. Facilier's face on the product. He is one fugly dude!!

I really hate this, but I'm such a MAC whore that I'd rather spend the extra $3.

Also, I really do like the MAC formula better than any other brand. I have no idea why.
